...a wash tank with elevating discharge conveyor, for whole or sliced, diced, chopped or otherwise pre-cut fruit & vegetable product washing, rinsing, and / or immersion in preservative or chlorinated disinfectant solution as part of a pre-cut produce packing or other industrial food processing and packaging line.

FEATURES:

Stainless steel wash tank measures 6 feet long by 24 inches wide by 24 inch deep.
Stainless steel elevating discharge conveyor measures 9 feet long by 18 inches wide with an interlocking plastic chain type food grade conveyor belt.

1 inch high flights on 12 centers.
1/4 inch by 1/4 inch openings in the belt to allow for water drainage.
5 inch high plastic sides.
Powered by 1 HP stainless steel shrouded motor.

The conveyor can be manually tilted out of the tank to allow access for cleaning and sanitation.
28 inch infeed height to tank and 36 inch discharge height from the belt conveyor.
Recirculation pump with 2 inch inlet/outlet powered by 3/4 HP motor.
All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.
208/230/460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
