A turbulent-flow IMMERSION WASHER FLUME with water-jet agitation for gentle but forceful washing for pre-cut fruits and vegetables, including cut or whole leafy greens, including delicate leaf products like spinach, baby spinach, spring mix and other pre-cut produce food products.

FEATURES:

The laminar-flow HELICAL WASH FLUME is 82 inches long by 20.5 inches wide by 19 inch deep U-trough with adjustable water injection ports.

Three (3) forward facing "push" injectors.
Four (4) "vortex" angled nozzles located along the left hand side.
Three (3) ports along bottom of tank.

The wash tank overflows onto a 49 inch long by 18 inch wide VIBRATING SHAKER DISCHARGE CONVEYOR with perforated screen which allows excess water to pass through while discharging the dewatered product onward.
Discharge conveyor powered by two (2) 1/3 HP rotary-eccentric vibrator motors.
Removed water is collected in a stainless steel catch and balance tank equipped with:

Two (2) Recirculation Pumps each powered 3HP drive motor.
Check-valve keeps the wash tank water from draining into the surge tank when the pump is shut off.

Stainless control box with variable speed control.
All food-grade sanitary stainless steel construction.
208/230 volt 3 phase electrical input.
