...an approximately 135 gallon food grade stainless steel rectangular tank for recirculation and screening of potable liquids, such as process water in an industrial food processing application. This surge tank, overflow tank, is suitable for use as a water catch tank, and/or water-screening recirculation tank, to work in concert with food processing equipment (not included) such as root crop vegetable washers, scrubbers, peelers, vibratory screeners, dewatering shakers, vibrating graders, chill flumes, food pumps, and or other whole or pre-cut produce fruit and vegetable processing and packing operations.
