A simple netweigh filler designed to fill dry free-flowing particulate type product into a variety of containers; manufacturer rated for aweight range of .01 to 10 lbs per fill.

This filler has a programable "Bulk and Dribble" contol system integrated with weigh cell / scale system. Product is fed to the filler via a 24" square by 20" deep hopper with 68" infeed height, and a sliding gate discharge. The hopper feeds a vibrating even-feed pan that discharges to the weigh cell. The 8" wide by 4" long by 8.5" deep weigh cell has a  pneumatic-cylinder-operated bottom trap door that drops the product when the preset weight is achieved, through a discharge funnel, then closes so the next cycle can begin immediately. This discharge funnel tapers to a 2.25" diameter opening at a 33" dischg height.

All product contacts are food grade stainless steel, and the machine rests on a tubular painted steel support stand/frame. An optional stainless steel stand is available at a higher price.

Electrical requirement is 110 volt single phase (standard household current), and 20 psi compressed air is also required. See operator's manual for more information.
