A Murzan Model AB-72 suction wand unloader is a semi-automatic unloading system with powered column lift for raise, lower, and side-to-side boom movement, for horizontal and vertical positioning of the suction wand intake. This allows (for example) one-by-one product unloading from a pallet of open-top barrels / drums, buckets, or tubs. Manufacturer recommended for pumping food slurries, oils, sauces, fruit juice concentrates, fillings, condiments, dressings, flowable self-leveling lotions, cosmetics, and other similarly flowy / medium-viscosity liquid contents from drums, totes, buckets, bins or any kind of open top container.
FEATURES:
- Manufacturer rated to unload up to (4) 55 gallon (200 liter) drums without removing the containeres from the pallet, pumping at up to 120 gallons per minute (depending on the specific gravity, viscosity, and consistency of the product, as well as the total dynamic head of the application).
- Food grade USDA sanitary corrosion-resistant 316T stainless steel product contact surfaces. Easy assembly and disassembly for CIP.

- A Murzan Model PI-50 pneumatic double diaphram pump provides the pumping power.
- 3 inch pump and plumbing, with sanitary Tri-Clover Tri-Clamp sanitary connections.

- Nema 4X pneumatic control panel with operator controls for side to side and up and down intake wand positioning with multi-axis X, Y, and Z independent motion controls.
