A Meyer integrated dump and feed system with a tote DUMPER, a receiving HOPPER with a cleated belt elevating discharge and feed conveyor.
FEATURES...
- BOX DUMPER with 48 inch deep 52 inch wide by 94 inch high stainless steel bin holder, for totes up to 48 inch by 48 inch including double high.
- Has an adjustable hold-down bar with presets from 36 to 44 inches.
- (2) 4-inch diameter hydraulic cylinders provide the dumping action.
- Complete with a 5HP hydraulic power pack with stainless steel reservoir tank.
- FEED HOPPER 60 inches long by 48 inches wide by 48 inches deep, feeding an elevating discharge belt.
- Has a 12 inch wide baffle over the belt so product is diverted to the sides and doesn't fall directly onto the belt.
- 5HP gearmotor electric belt drive.
- ELEVATING FEED CONVEYOR is 14 feet long by 30 inches wide with 3 inch high cleats on 12 inch centers.
- Floor level infeed to box dumper, approximately 8 foot discharge height from feed belt.
All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction, including support frames.- Stainless steel control panel with variable speed control for the incline belt conveyor drive.
