A food grade stainless steel wet hopper with elevating belt discharge conveyor, for applying preservative solutions, rinsing, and / or washing fruits and / or vegetable products in the context of an industrial food processing or pre-cut produce packing operation.



FEATURING:

  • y4757d_crop_email.jpg20.75 inch wide by 28 inch long by 31 inch deep tank with 2 inch diameter threaded inlet/outlet.

  • 12 inch wide by 60 inch long steep incline belt with flights of four (4) 2.75 inch long stainless steel "lifting" fingers set 2.5 inches apart on 8.5 inch centers.

  • y4757c_crop_email.jpg16 inch wide by 5 foot long discharge chute with 5 inch high sides and overhead spray bar.

  • 50 inch high infeed, 32 inch discharge height - as currently configured.

  • Operator control box with ON / OFF and E-stop.

  • 3/4 HP stainless steel shrouded motor with aluminum gearbox.

  • All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.

  • 208/230/460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
