A Tridyne Model F99/2X is a vibrating feeder for irregular sized products or weigh-counted packaging applications. It is a two-stage, bulk & dribble weigh filler designed to fill free flowing products into a variety of containers.

FEATURING:

• Manufacturer rated for up to 20 lb fills with maximum 10 dumps per minute - dependent on size & density of product.
  
  
• Product is fed to the filler via a 3 cubic foot supply hopper.
  
  
• The hopper feeds to dual non-stick rigidized, non-sticky dimpled surface in-line vibrating even-feed pans that discharge to the weigh cell.
  
  
• 11 inch by 6 inch by 7 inch deep weigh-cell "weigh bucket" has a pneumatic operated trap door that drops product when the preset weight is achieved.
  
  
• Product drops through a 6.5 inch by 4.5 inch tapered discharge funnel into whatever container is presented.
  
  
• Programmable operator control panel including variable vibration speed.
  
  
• Remote foot switch for cycle activation.
  
  
• Food grade sanitary stainless steel product contact surfaces.
  
  
• Mild steel support frame.
  
  
• 110 volt single phase (standard household current) electrical input.
