A stainless steel Fortress Phantom inline metal detection system with through-tube and reject valve, for detecting metal contamination in pumpable food products, including sauces, slurries, creams, oils, purees, salsas, refried beans, and other viscous or liquid food products, hot or cold.


FEATURES:

  • 34 inch long by 2 7/8 inch inner diameter through-tube and valve.

  • Mounted on a bolted-on stainless steel base, can be easily removed, modified, or used as configured.

  • Integral touchpad operator controls, with 99 product presets.

  • 110 volt single phase (standard household current) electrical input.
