A used Stein Model TFF 4019 continuous fryer for par-frying and/or fully cooking a wide range of breaded, battered and non-coated food substrates. The Stein TFF THERMoFIN conveyorized thermal fluid immersion fryer is manufacturer recommended for gentle heat transfer and precise control of oil temperature, for high productivity and reliability in the context of industrial food processing.
