A 40 gallon capacity electric-fired braising pan with TILT DISCHARGE discharge and removable lip strainer.

FEATURES:

  • 40 gallon capacity.

  • 25.75 inch by 52 inch wide by 9 inch deep pan.

  • Manual crank tilt to dump with 12 inch high discharge.

  • Vent/Inspection port.

  • Adjustable cook temperature range of 160F to 445F.
